Think out of the box and you’ll never be short of creative ideas to help your customers in new ways.

Remember that your customers are the lifeblood of your business, so make sure you let them know what’s going on at all times. So if there’s a problem or delay, or positive news, keep them updated so they know what’s happening. When people have chosen to give you their business, you owe it to them to communicate with them about important issues. If, for example, you’re about to release an upgrade to a product, make sure you announce it ahead of time so your customers can look forward to it.

If you supply your customers with good quality service and prove that you are interested in them, then you will eventually have a successful online business. When a person sticks around with a company because of its sensational customer service, that person will tell others about how great that  company is,  which  will be good  for you  in the  long  run.
